All stages of the publication process—including submission, peer review, editing, and final publication—are completely free of Article Processing Charges (APCs) or any other fees.

We are committed to supporting open access and promoting the dissemination of knowledge without financial barriers, especially for authors from under-resourced institutions or communities.
