Author Guidelines
Submission Criteria

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Articles should present new findings or in-depth interpretations of existing research.

Submissions can be in English or Bahasa Indonesia. If written in Bahasa Indonesia, an English title and abstract are required.

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure confidentiality of both author and reviewer identities.
Manuscript Structure
To ensure clarity and consistency, manuscripts should follow this structure:
Title
-
Maximum 15 words.
-
Should briefly reflect the core topic and research findings.
Abstract
-
Length: 150–250 words.
-
Structure: Purpose, Methodology, Main Findings, and Conclusion.
-
Keywords: 3–5 keywords representing the core themes.
Main Body
-
Introduction
Presents the background, research problem, objectives, and contributions. Highlights the research gap. -
Methodology
Clearly explain the research design, data collection methods, sampling strategies, and data analysis. -
Results and Discussion
Present findings logically and relate them to existing literature and theoretical implications. -
Conclusion
Provide a concise summary and suggestions for future research or practical application.

At least 80% of sources must be from the last 10 years.

Prioritize indexed journals (Scopus, WoS, SINTA).

Follow APA 7th edition citation style.
Tables and Figures
-
Must be relevant, clearly labeled, and enhance readability.

High-resolution (≥ 300 dpi) and editable formats (.jpeg, .png, .tiff).
Formatting Requirements

A4 paper, Garamond 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, 2.5 cm margins.

Manuscript length must not exceed 4,000 words (including references, tables, and appendices).

Section headings must follow a hierarchical format (1.0, 1.1, 1.1.1).

Use footnotes sparingly and avoid lengthy or discursive notes.
Plagiarism and Ethics

All manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin. A similarity index below 15% is required.

Authors must follow ethical research practices, including informed consent, confidentiality, and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Ethical violations (fabrication, plagiarism, duplicate submission) will result in immediate rejection.
Review Process

Double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the relevant field.

Review duration: 4–6 weeks.
-
Revisions (minor or major) must be resubmitted within 2 weeks.
Submission Process

Submissions must be made through the journal’s online system (website or email).

Authors must register and log in before submission.
-
A confirmation email will be sent automatically after successful submission.
Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

Issued once an article is officially accepted.

Can be used for academic documentation or research funding purposes.
Copyright and License

Copyright is transferred to the journal upon acceptance.

The journal operates under a CC BY 4.0 license from the Yayasan Peradaban Hijau Indonesia, allowing authors to share their work with proper credit.
Reference Management
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero to ensure citation consistency.
